Emily C. Williams has more than fifteen years of training and public speaking experience and currently delivers presentations through Emily Presents (www.emilypresents.net).  She has keynoted conferences and events for the Manhattan Beach Chamber of Commerce, The Pacific Institute, the American Water Works Association, and UCLA. She has conducted workshops and provided professional services to the Junior League of Los Angeles, the American Association of University Women, the YWCA, The Princeton Review, Right Management, and the International Association of Chiefs of Police. Her trainings provide relevant information on and practical approaches to leveraging diversity for success both in the workplace and with clientele. Her two most in-demand areas of specialty are two areas of diversity that have come into focus only in the last decade: Generational Diversity and the Diversification of Social Media.

Education and Affiliations

Emily is a board member of the American Association of University Women (AAUW) – Manhattan Beach branch and a founding board member of A Better LA, USC Football Coach Pete Carroll’s non-profit organization dedicated to community empowerment and gang violence intervention. She is a graduate of UCLA with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master of Public Policy (MPP) degree. She also possesses an Advanced Certificate in Human Resource Management, from the CSUDH College of Extended and International Education.
